Kind of human
Kindness is a human quality
My services
-
It can feel vulnerable to open up about the things you’re struggling with. A personal, face-to-face meeting can create the connection needed for effective and safe treatment.
-
If attending in person is difficult for any reason, a video consultation can be a good alternative. This way, you can still have a personal connection while benefiting from the flexibility that technology provides.
-
At times, face-to-face sessions can feel overwhelming, or it may be difficult to find time for treatment. A phone conversation can then be a good alternative, allowing you to dedicate time to yourself and your well-being without compromise.
My heart is devoted to mental health, and there are no topics I consider too small or too big to talk about.
You are welcome whether you want to process trauma, overcome depression, work with anxiety, get rid of phobias — or if you simply want to grow as a person.
Read more about the different challenges I can help you with:
Trauma
When old wounds from painful experiences haven’t healed, they can affect your daily life. In therapy, you can process and let go of what still hurts.
Depression
Persistent low mood, hopelessness, and a loss of joy may indicate depression. Together, we work on understanding the causes and finding a way out of the heavy spiral.
Anxiety
Anxiety is an overactive alarm system that creates restlessness and avoidance. In therapy, you learn to understand and manage your anxiety so it doesn’t control your life.
Relationships and Interaction
How we relate to others greatly affects how we feel about ourselves — and vice versa. Together, we can explore what you need to function well in your relationships.
Stress and Life Management
When demands become too great, we can lose direction and perspective. Therapy provides space for reflection and change — moving from mere survival to a better quality of life.
ADHD/ADD and Autism
A diagnosis can provide answers, but also raise new questions. I offer support and guidance to help you understand yourself and live well with neurodivergence.
